Payment & Policies

Only completed registration forms with payment will be processed. Please complete one registration per athlete.

Payment: Please pay via Pay Pal at the time you fill in your online registration form. Payment can also be made by mailing a cheque (along with a printed copy of your online registration form) to Total Field Hockey (address located on the bottom of the online registration form). Please make all cheques payable to Total Field Hockey Ltd. Tax is included in all SuperCamp and Specialty Session prices. SuperCamp fees are $119 and include a T-shirt. Specialty Session fees are $154 and include a T-Shirt.

Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be made in writing (email or mail). Cheque refunds, less a $15 administrative charge per cancellation, will be issued for all SuperCamp & Specialty Session cancellations up to two weeks (14 days) before the first day of the Camp. No refunds will be offered within two weeks of the start of a SuperCamp or Specialty Session.

Right to Make Changes: TFH reserves the right to limit enrolment, change instructors, or change the location of a SuperCamp or Specialty Session. Participants will be notified of changes by phone and/or email.

Cancellation Policy: TFH reserves the right to cancel a SuperCamp or Specialty Session by 5pm four days before the Camp or Session start date. In the unlikelihood of this event occurring, all fees for the SuperCamp and Specialty Session will be refunded. All participants will be contacted by phone and/or email.
